The dead 8?

Teen accused in Ovechkin death threat

A teenager from Central Pennsylvania posted an Internet message threatening to kill Washington Capitals star Alexander Ovechkin, city police said Thursday. Lt. Kevin Kraus said investigators are taking the threat seriously even though the 17-year-old boy did not come to Pittsburgh for Wednesday night's playoff game between the Capitals and Penguins and is not expected here for Game 4 tonight.
"I don't know his true intentions. We are taking it very seriously," said Kraus, who did not identify the Chambersburg teen. Investigators from the state police computer crime task force interviewed the boy but have not filed any charges, Kraus said. City police turned the investigation over to state police after consulting with the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office.
Kraus said the 17-year-old wrote: "I'm killing Ovechkin. I'm going to jail. I don't care anymore." The message was posted on a National Hockey League Web site and then to the Penguins Web site, the lieutenant said.

Now this is some true hockey fans spirit. I don't care if you are 17 or 77. If you don't like a player you post on your favorite teams website that you are going to kill said player. That's how serious they are about the Penguins down in Pittsburgh. I don't see anyone in Washington posting about killing Sid the Kid. They would rather do other silly shit like this:

Pens fans would kill for their team. Capital fans get mens named tattooed on their asses. Case Closed!
