I love Easter

I love Easter and not because Lent is over but because I love a good ham dinner. So if anyone wants to stop by for ham dinner on Sunday, that is where I will be.

This is what I learned this weekend:

1. Alaska is the eastern most state in the US. Yeah you read that right. Part of the Aleutian Islands are the eastern most part of the world.

2. Gerard Butler is a bad ass in Olympus has Fallen. The movie was top notch.

3. The Chiefdude likes to get after it with Sam Lights.

4. Mikey Layden is on pace to make 200K this year. I am now referring to him as Dr. Layden, even changed him in my phone as such.

5. How can your great aunt die and no one tell you?

6. Anyone know anything about building a garden pond? I think my front lawn may need one.

7. This 6th Annual Mustache Pub Crawl is only 53 days away: This guy is ready:

8. The Lux level at the movies is a bit much for me. I like beers being delivered and all but not at the expense of someone standing in front of me while I am watching a movie.

10. Doesn't seem like many people are into the tourney this year.

11. Has anyone seen Jeffrey? I have called and texted him all weekend long but the dude never gets back to me.

12. Rumor has it Rob Knudsen, Shaun Larrys Brother and Chiefdude are all slated to make the MPC this year.

13. Apparently, my mullet in training is coming along nicely and should be a sweet mullet come May 18th.

14. Has anyone heard from Tom Newton? I heard he has been working in New Mexico but he never texts me back.

15. No one is interested in Sox tickets up on the rf roof box, section 41. What gives? Bunch of fair weather fans.

16. Ever since Welchie proposed no one has really seen him out, other than darts.

17. DJ. Brighto has a regular gig up at Hajjars on the weekend and also may be getting a job at the Home Depot.

18.Who wants to help build a deck?

19. Found a 4th person to split the Bruins tickets with next year. YEAH BUDDY!!

20. Space Jam was the highest grossing basketball film of all time. I am not the least bit surprised.

Off the market

A big Congrats is in order for Suzanne Carey and Sean "the Silent Funneler" Connors on their engagement. On a Saturday night filled with romance and naughtiness, Sean popped the big question.
Little Suzy could not say yes fast enough. Rumors are flying that Ella may have a cousin on the way!! YIPPEEEE! Disney here we come.

Spring is Springing up this week

The start of the spring season is this week. That means opening day is right around the corner, 19 days to be exact. Who is going this year? Who is going to meet up before hand to get bombed? Let me know. The more the merrier.

This is what I learned this weekend:
1. Apparently the way I write is too vanilla?
2. Chrissy encourages his daughter to be whatever she wants, this week she is a cat:

 

3. If you see Allison Macphail this week, make sure you buy her some birthday beers/shots. She has been celebrating since Friday night.

4. Loudon race track went smoke free! REDNECKS ARE PISSED.

5. Phelpsy will not be attending the Mustache Pub Crawl this year. 

6. Trying to sell a 10 game pack of Bruins for next season is not going as easy as I thought it would, Even Jay Pandolfos family doesn't want in.

7. See what happens when Chrissy watches someone elses child:

8. Hong Kong Dave is like the UN of tattoos. He likes each and every style out there.

9. Chrissy likes a little corned beef and cabbage when he eats his mustard. I mean seriously the kid had a plate of mustard!

15. Chrissy has sworn off all fast food but Wendys.
16.Mario, Big Bob and all of Sunshine Landscaping finally bought a new truck. Business must be booming.
17. I tried watching the show Vikings and its not all that good.
18. How come no one runs March Madness pools anymore?
19. Rio and Smiddy are BFF's again. They were seen pal-ling around Southie yesterday for the parade.
20. Work has blocked my blog again. WTF!

Chrissy has tickets to see Sully Erna at Mohegan Sun on Sunday if anyone is interested.

St Pattys is coming

St Pattys is this Sunday. I am sure most of you are going to the Southie Parade. I will be headed to the parade in Scituate (as long as they are all cleaned up from the storm). I heard Dan Madden may be making an appearance.

This is what I learned this weekend:

1. Chrissy wipes back to front because he has in the past gotten shit on his back.
2. You can get Luey juice to go from Pizzeria Regina in the North end.
3. The Celtics fans are bringing it, don't know if its because it was a Friday night or because they are in a playoff battle.
4. Does everyone have a co-worker that just opens their mouth and you want to sock em in the teeths?
5. The dart team is in shambles, currently in last place in the C division. I think they may need some Tuesday night support:

6. The Bruins are on a roll and now everyone wants tickets again.
7. Chiefdude second new tattoo in a week:

8. Kind of hard to find a door you like, if your door size is 30 x 80.
9. Got a special delivery of these puppies at 7:30 this morning(Handmade by some old Italian guy in Eastie):

10. In all these years, I have never won a raffle to buy tickets to the RF Budwesier roof deck, till now:

13. Meatball pizza is 100% different than hamburger(which by the way is gross).

15. Can you really complain about beer prices? Outside the Garden beers are $5.00-$6.00, Strip clubs are $6.50-$7.50 and the Garden and Fenway are $8.00 - $8.50.
16. How come no one told me Bahltazar and Pebbles are back together on the new 96.9?
17. Was this groundhog lieing or what? Fucking blizzards every weekend.
18. Anyone have any suggestion on how to get a dog to stop incessantly barking at their neighbors?

6. Jebs annual Pig Roast is June 29th, so please keep your eyes open for a new tank top for me.
7. Root canals are no fucking joke.
