 Been a busy 2 weeks. Opening day, Marathon Monday, Cs and B's playoffs. What a time to be alive!

This is what I have learned on hiatus:

1. Don't get drunk at the Hoffy and uber to Encore.

2.  Martell secretly loves the 99! Shhh

3. Ask Leaden about his smoked short ribs.

4. Red Sox overs aren't hitting at the same rate as last year.

5.  Anyone else ever have their left had go numb randomly?

6. I can't wait for this NFL draft to finally be over.

7.  I watched Fall Out on Prime, not bad.

8. Congrats to Julie Nickerson on her engagement.

9. TKs new love is the Texas Roadhouse.

10. No clue how you parents do it - Julian playing on 3 baseball teams.

11. My new rule with all these tipping buttons - if I sits, I tips. That is it.

12. Why haven't we made it here yet, Golf Lounge 18?

 Why are they talking about snow this week? It is April god damn it!

This is what I learned since last week:

1. Florida is a crazy place, filled with lots of younger ladies with older dudes.

2. Big T seems to be all about that Florida life...if ya know what I mean.

3. My first trip to the west coast of Florida and I can say that I liked it a lot.

4. Though driving in Florida is wild, no one uses blinkers and everyone just cuts you off.

5. I go away and Powerball is over a BILLION!

6. I can say that Delta did not leave a good impression on me. 4 hour delay to get to Florida and then another hour on the way back.

7. Rumor has it Quattro sold again.

8. Celtics 1st half bets aint paying the bills anymore.

9. WrestleMania and a solar eclipse this weekend!

10. What the fuck is going on with P Diddy? I need someone, other than conspiracy king, Chrissy to let me know what the fuck is going on.

11. Red Sox season is back and people do not seem to give one fuck.

12. I am hearing grumblings that the Arizona Coyotes may be relocating to Hartford, CT! I smell a road trip.

13. The Hard Rock casino in Tampa is nice but why I gotta pay for beers?

14. If you are near any of these, you should visit - Charleys Steakhouse - found out I am not about that creamy cognac sauce.

15. Man tax filing day is only 2 weeks away!

What the hell

 Figured Id throw a little blog together before I hit up some vacation.

This is what I learned the past 2 weeks:

1. The Scituate St Pattys day parade is always a blast.

2. You know that Tourney time is my jam. All these betting Aps are making it even better.

3. There any strip clubs in Tampa area?

4. Egg salad is underrated.

5. I thought we were getting rid of daylight savings?

6. What is going on with Thomas English Muffins - buy 1 get 2 free?

7. Ladder challenge has not been a success.

8. I am so over iced green tea.

9. I didnt hate the Roadhouse remake. It was ok but not nearly as good as the original.

10. Why are there so few Brunch spots?

11. Side salads are superior to french fries. I meant it!

12. I officially have switched from Stop and Shop to Star Market. Taking a little getting used too but here we are. 

That was fast

The baseball season starts in 2 weeks. Spring training was fast as fuck boyeeee.

This is what I learned this weekend:

1. Granite Links is expensive as all fuck.

2. The Function room at Granite Links is nice and has great city views.

3. I cannot believe that people still smoke. 

4. The BU hockey team looks faster than most teams on the ice.

5. Brian Folan is still alive and kicking at Game On.

6. Typical Smiddy blow off on Saturday.

7. Random drinking on a Sunday is my jam.

8. The Dot Tavern got a face lift from what I hear and they are charging like they got a total overhaul.

9. The Hong Kong is the exact same as it ever was. Jeffrey was too drunk to do karaoke.

10. Both Mega Millions and Power Ball are over 500 Mil! Don't forget me when you win.

March

 Its like look you blinked and it is now March.

This is what I have learned this weekend:

1. People seem to be getting very upset with all this money going to illegals in this country.

2. Bob Ryan frequents the Fowler house for Celtics games.

3. Chrissy bailed on the BU hockey game for Saturday. So now I have 4 extras.

4. Cancelling a Bark Box subscription is like getting out of a cult.

5. You ever feel like you have tons to do and no time to do it? 

6. The Redsox selling 25 oz beers and bringing back Heinz ketchup is more of a story than the actual product they are putting on the field.

7.  Its funny now you don't have to quarantine for 5 days any more for Covid. Like all of a sudden it is the flu...hmmm.

8. When did Taco Bell get so damn expensive?

9. Popcorn is under rated as a snack.

10. Guess Joe has been sick for over a week now and he still hasn't gone to a doctor.

11. Green iced tea is trash without a lemon.

12. How can the Bruins suck this bad?

Leap year

Leap Year motherfucker!  (shout out if you get the movie reference).

This is what I learned this weekend:

1. Mark Welch is pumped for Dune 2, so am I budso.

2. Kilroy's isn't a bad bar but the exhaust isn't the best and your clothes smell like friend food after you leave.

3. How do we feel about the live action Avatar the last Airbender on Netflix?

4. Baseball is back and I am here for it. Not the Sox but baseball in general.

5. Bad Batch season 3 dropped and so far so good.

6. I have been waking up hungry as a mofo lately.

7. I wouldn't call Fowler, Hoffy and Off the Hook as a pub crawl. Seems like a regular weekend day.

8. Who uses I didn't want to change as an excuse to not meet up? 

9. It is going to be in the 50's this week and I am here for it.

10. Chrissy hates mozzy sticks and all fried cheeses.

11. Wait you guys are going camping...pick this up then. Or the Kids want to hang out in the back yard.

12. Have you seen all the new Taco bell items?

Last week I took off after not hitting a square yet again.

This is what I learned while away:

1. Sean Riccio, lives to break my balls.

2. Shanahan is not a good coach.

3. Talk of Mahomes being in the same category as Tom Brady fires people up.

4. I have received emails, texts and over 10 phone calls from the Red Sox about season tickets.

5. My fence came down on the Cape and I am none to pleased about it.

6. Chrissy is living his best life down in Florida. Rumor has it he is scouting out condos for retirement.

7. Hopefully you picked your fighter because Hooters wings are 100% better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Now if they only had Keno.

8. I heard someone complaining about the lack of snow this winter and I really wanted to punch them in the face.

9. Martells been off the sauce for 18 days and he has me bar hopping every Sunday like he's shipping out to war soon. At least he is consistent.

10. I recently read that picking your nose leads to dementia and Alzheimer's.

11. Giving up coffee for Lent was my worst idea ever. I am starving every day before 9am.

12. I am headed to the Tampa area next month, any bars/restaurant suggestions?

13. Pudding shots are superior to Jello shots. 

14. I've been working so many hours that every day basically feels like Groundhog day.

15.  Ya'll see Drakes meat dropped out there!

16. 27 days till St. Pattys...hopefully it will be warm enough this year at Mikes party.

Today is truck day, like who gives a fuck.

This is what I learned this weekend:

1. Bar hopping on a Sunday is just wild.

2. Doing the dishes is a sore subject in some peoples houses.

3. RIP Carl Weathers...there will never be another Dillon!

4. Martell is off the sauce and not drinking during the week, so he says.

5. Speaking of Martell - he is having a Super Bowl party. Also I am referring to super bowl Sunday as square day for this week.

6. Getting fun is old you wake up with new aches and pains everyday.

7. Finally made it to the China. The food was ok.

8. Paddy Barry's still smells like piss as soon as you walk in. Then you use the bathroom and there is a urinal that is in the floor. So it all makes sense.

9. Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters? Pick your fighter.

10. Chrissy is off jet setting to Florida next week. Hope he brings back some warm weather for us.

Here is what I learned since my last posting:

1. I am never betting on the Celtics again.

2. Chris Leaden has some squares.

3. What is going to happen Friday with this punk ground hog?

4. Are you team Devil dogs or Yodels?

5. Wait, what? Does Martell have a countdown clock as to when he can drink after doing 31 days sober? Is it set to midnight? UHM?

6. This January went much faster than the last 3, I mean last years felt like 6 months.

7. Everyone does a 2 week fast before vacation, right?

8. Seems like everyone is quitting their jobs and not really having a plan moving forward.

9. We have entered the ashy season - dry hands, face, legs and just about everywhere in between.

10. Anyone ever been to St. Pete/Tampa area? Looking for some suggestions on where to stay.

 That was a cold ass weekend. Hopefully everyone made it through without incident.

This is what I learned this weekend:

1. Chris Leaden has covid again, that German immune system not really coming through in 2024!

2. Joe Martell day 22 update...still sober. 

3. The Bills are going to Bill!

4. So the NFL script says Baltimore and San Fran...who we rooting for this weekend?

5. Did everyone get their fill of Reacher?

7. Hope you guys are ready to pay all these new taxes Healey is about to roll out.

8. Rumor has it Chrissy has an appointment with Dr. Leonard, shhhh you didn't hair(see what I did there) that from me.

This is what I learned this weekend:

1. I think people get more upset with rain than snow now a days.

2. Dunkin Donuts going the way of BK and just adding things and trying out stuff - Pancake wake up wraps.

3. Watch out now Jeffrey is a ski bunny now.

4. Sober Joe is working on 2 weeks now.

5. So what exactly are the Patriots doing? Rolling out the same crew minus Bill?

6. Article 15 in Rockland is closing.

7. These fucking Reds Sox operating as a small market team burns my ass.

8. Chrissy is pissed the Herald has gone up to $4.00 a week.

9. There is nothing more painful than a zit under the skin without a head.

1. Joey made it a week sober...and counting.

2. People are up in arms about NFL playoffs games being on Peacock. I get it there are too many fucking streaming channels.

3. Congrats to Rob on winning the ADSL season 18!

4. Chrissy is gonna be in the Tampa area for school vacation week if you guys are looking to hook up!

5. Bill Smiddy is a changed man, 4 double shifts in a row. Who is this guy?

6. So who do you want the Pats to take at #3? Williams, Penix, Daniels, Maye or Harrison Jr?

7. I can't believe the first snow storm of the winter season didn't drop till January 7th.

8. Some people have punchable faces but I learning some people have punchable laughs.

9. Is Uber One really worth it? ANYONE?

10. Do we think sober Joe is going to bail on a SuperBowl party?

11. What do we think of these pop up restaurants? I heard Mr. Beast is pretty good.

Welcome to 2024

 We can all just chalk up that the last week of the year is a wild ride. So for the future I will not be blogging that week.

Here is to 2024...maybe the end of Covid(are we still doing that?).

This is what I learned since 2023 ended:

1. Fox and Knife is one of the best meals I have ever had.

2. When and why did Chinese food become a thing on Xmas eve and NYE? like they are so close together. Cant we make Fathers day a Chinese food event?

3. Don't forget that this is a motherfucking Leap Year.

4. New boots are the best.

5. Seems like everyone had prime rib the past week or so.

6. Prayers up for the Hoffy, Martell's going dry January so hopefully they can keep their lights on.

7. Speaking of keeping the lights on The Fat Cat in Quincy Center is done.

8. Paul Bobby Wise has squares - $100 hit him up.

9. Bill Smiddy is happier than a piss clam to be back at BU.

10. Washington vs Michigan next week for the Championship. They got what they wanted - 2 undefeated teams.

11. Week 18 in the NFL is wild. Like 8 Teams can win and be in.

12. Shout out to Sean Riccio for still breaking my balls when I don't post.
