Should of taken a drop

This happened on a desert golf course. It looks to be in the upper Scottsdale area near Cave Creek.

He fell backwards into the cactus.

It took paramedics over 3 hours to pull cactus out before he could go in ambulance to hospital.

He should have taken a "drop."
