My Kind of lady...
Green means stop for drunk concert-goer
A woman was arrested on multiple DUI charges, traffic obstruction, and being a minor in possession of alcohol Feb. 6 at 1:31 a.m.
Police responded to the area of East Speedway Boulevard and North Cherry Avenue after a SafeRide employee reported that a woman was passed out in her vehicle. When police arrived, they saw a stopped, running car at a green light, facing eastbound on Speedway. When the officer approached the car, he saw the woman was asleep, with her dress pulled up to her stomach and her underwear pulled down to her mid-thighs.
The officer knocked on the window several times. She did not respond, so he opened the door and began to shake her arm. Upon opening the door, he saw a three-quarters-empty bottle of Sailor Jerry Navy Rum on the floorboard of the passenger side. There was a strong odor of intoxicants coming from the woman and the car.
After about two minutes of trying to wake her up, she awoke, saying, "No, Clint, not right now."
The officer corrected her and introduced himself. The woman appeared to become more coherent. She was asked to pull up her underwear and pull down her dress. While doing this, she took her foot off of the brake and began to move forward. The officer put the vehicle in park to keep it from moving.
When the vehicle was stopped, the woman asked, "So what's that problem officer?"
Police asked her if she was OK and if she had been injured. The woman said she was fine. She was then asked if she knew where she was, to which she said, "Uh yeah, I'm coming back from the Slightly Stoopid concert."
Tucson Fire Department arrived to examine the woman. They determined that she was fine and left the scene.
Police asked the woman if she had been drinking. She said, "OK officer, I'll tell you the truth, yes I have been." The officer noted that her speech was slow and slurred.
The woman was taken to the median while an officer moved her car. The woman staggered to the area with another officer. She was then taken to a nearby parking lot for more questioning.
Police asked her if she would do a field sobriety test. She said, "No, please, my stomach hurts from cramping." She then continued to tell the officers that she wasn't feeling well because she had just started her period. When asked if she was refusing the sobriety test, she said "Honestly, I'm too messed up and too in pain to do any test right now."
The woman told officers that she had four shots of rum around 6 p.m. before going to the concert. After the show, she went to Chipotle and had a burrito and two more shots. She said that she did not remember leaving Chipotle.
She said, "Look officer, I know I shouldn't have drove home, but I didn't have money for a cab; and I don't trust anybody in my condition to drive me home, so I just decided to drive."
She did not remember passing out in the intersection or why her dress was up and her underwear pulled down. The officer asked her if she thought she did not remember because she drank too much. The woman said, "Well yeah officer, isn't that obvious?"
The woman was taken to the University of Arizona Police Department station where she was given a breathalyzer. Her blood alcohol content was .188 and .171.
The woman was cited for DUI-Impaired to the slightest degree, DUI-BAC greater than .08, Extreme DUI-BAC greater than .15, minor under 21 operating a vehicle with liquor in the body, and stopping prohibited-obstructing traffic. She was then released.
So do you think this woman stopped at the red light and was all horned up so she decided to take her panties off and give herself a good once over? I don't know who "Clint" is but he seems like one lucky Son of a Bitch!! I mean I have heard of ROAD HEAD but this is a whole new level. Do you think Clint will give this broad a good railing when she gets out of jail? As a bonus she had a blood alcohol level of .188
Minors found with Mickey's
Two students were cited for being minors in possession of alcohol Feb. 7 at 8:45 p.m.
Police saw a parked car containing two individuals, one in the front passenger seat, and one in the back passenger seat.
As they approached the car, the man in the front seat poured a liquid from a red cup out of the car and put the cup under the seat. Police made contact with the man and asked him to step out of the car. They found the red cup, which smelled of tequila, under the seat.
The woman in the back passenger seat had a half-full 40-ounce bottle of Mickey's at her feet.

Both were cited and released for being minors in possession of alcohol.

I just like this story because I love to see people still drinking Mickeys! Just one quick question for these two though? Why are they sitting in a parked car drinking? And why is one in the front seat and one in the back?

Hello John,
Long time reader first time writer. First, in your Mount Rushmore article how come no All time Hockey Stache Mount Rushmore?? Second, My friends and I are holding a Second Annual Mustache Crawl on May 16th do you think I could get Joel Quenneville and Lanny McDonald to show up for an epic stache off? Lastly, any chance you grow a good old fashion Cookie Duster and show up on May 16th?
Thanks
Derek Whitley,
Boston
Some of you may remember John Buccigross from his days on Sportscenter. He writes on ESPN.com about the NHL and he is pretty good at it. I wrote him the preceding email to see if he would come on May 16th to the Second Annual Mustache Pub crawl. I highly doubt it but hey it's a slow day at work.

Presidents day
Happy Presidents day everyone. I remember growing up when we had Washington's and Lincoln's birthdays off as holidays. That makes me feel kind of old.
Things I learned this weekend:
1. People are getting into hockey again, Not just the Bruins.
2. Smiddy has no plans to go home early on Sundays, He will show up to work bombed.
3. Marios love life is like an episode of 90210.
4. The Valentines day pub crawl was a shit show and not in a good way.
5. Mike G gets super bombed when his old lady is away.
6. The Bruins can't win a damn shoot out.
7. The Silent Sniper wants the A removed from Pusstrices chest and fast!
8. Shenanigans has really good food, and that's a surprise.
9. Red Sky is pretty packed on weekend days, and Annie got a good deal on her Fakies.
10. No matter what I do, I can not get rid of these headaches. Meds, No meds, Asprins, no Asprins, drinking or no drinking. Cluster Fuckers - fuck you up!
11. Smiddy is renting out a box for a Blazers game, who is going to attend? He is trying to relaunch Smidawg Productions in 09.
The BC eagles beat Duke last night 80-74, their first win against Duke in the ACC. That's 2 quality wins against top 5 teams this year and BC probably still won't make the Tourney. Suck that Al Skinner!!
The Bruins lost Friday night 1-0 on a shitty goal. Then lost Saturday night in a shootout. I know that every team goes through a lull/learning period, and as Iggles said, its better it happens now than in the playoffs.
Just a few things I think the B's need:
1. To rest Thomas for a few games.
2. A left handed shot/winger(not named Sobotka).
3. A few more fights when they are not playing hard, momentum changing hits.
4. Play Hunwick or Lashoff or trade one of them for a Defenseman.
5. Shoot out drills so they can win an overtime game.
6. Find the Puck Slut who gave Kessel Mono and send her to Buffalo.
Happy 30th Birthday Kelly Armstrong

See ya when I see ya
HOCKEY TIME
Yes I know.....Hockey Time is a little early this week. But with ChiefDude going on an extended vacation I think we can move Hockey Time to Saturdays. In no way am I suggesting that ChiefDude's vacation is a cover for what he is really doing on 'vacation' but I think the picture says it all. Have fun during jailtime.......i mean vacation ChiefDude.
We need to take a couple of minutes to talk to the members of the Wanna B's list. We understand you may be new to hockey so don't start jumping off the bandwagon because the Bruins have lost 3 in a row. They are still 6-2-2 in the last 10 and have a lock on the division. Hockey is like this....you have a bad 10 to 15 game stretch where the puck doesn't bounce your way. It's better to get this out of their system now before the playoffs start.
This weeks ice girl spotlight is on the LA Kings KINGS CREW! A quick shout-out to a Hockey Time fan for sending us this picture of the KINGS CREW in 'action'....I can't really confirm these girls are actually KINGS CREW members but lets be honest, does it really matter? The video also has a preview of tomorrows game of the week between the Rangers and Flyers. It's always a good game when these two match-up......plenty of hard hits and fights. Game starts at 12:30 tomorrow.

3 women ‘dupe, kidnap, rape’ man in Karachi
* Case registered, police looking for alleged rapists
* Police say man sexually assaulted over four days
KARACHI: Karachi police have registered a case against three unidentified women who allegedly kidnapped a man and raped him over four consecutive days and then threw him near Qayyumabad River in an unconscious state. The case has been registered on a complaint by the victim, identified only as Khalil (23) – who recently arrived in Karachi from Rahimyar Khan and works as a waiter at a restaurant in Neelum Colony, Clifton. On the night of January 27, an identified man ordered Khalil to deliver food to women sitting in a car parked outside the restaurant where he works. “After giving me the order, the man went towards the car. I took the order to the car where the women – two of whom were young and the third was middle-aged – told me that they had recently shifted to the area,” said Khalil. He said the women asked him to deliver food to their house every day, and he agreed. “They asked me to go along with them in the car ... they said they wanted to show me where their house was.” Khalil said the women gave him a ‘glazed sweet’ and once they got to the house, “they gave me milk that had some drug mixed in it ... I fell unconscious after drinking it”. Khalil said when he gained consciousness, he found that the women had undressed him, “and they were forcing themselves onto me”. ASP Asad Raza said the women assaulted Khalil sexually for the next four days, and then threw him near Qayyumabad River. Khalil managed to stop a passing motorist – who took him to Civil Hospital. “His condition is really bad ... his genitals are bleeding and he cannot walk properly,” said Raza. Raza said the women belonged to rich families of Karachi’s Clifton area. “It’s a complicated case ... but we are hoping that we will solve it soon,” he added. faraz khan
Hmmmmmmm where to begin with this one i guess some questions need to be answered. 1. Where they attractive at all. 2. If they are attractive how do I sign up. 3. What the fuck did they do to get his shit to bleed was it mutilation or what. 4. I know Pakistan is a fucked up place but if bitches need to get laid shit come to America says there from the upscale neighborhood. 5. Are they gangsta bitches they did leave dude in a ditch. 6. on second thought maybe i dont want to sign up.

U.S. judges admit to jailing children for money
By Jon Hurdle Jon Hurdle
2 hrs 6 mins ago
PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) – Two judges pleaded guilty on Thursday to accepting more than $2.6 million from a private youth detention centre in Pennsylvania in return for giving hundreds of youths and teenagers long sentences.
Judges Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan of the Court of Common Pleas in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, entered plea agreements in federal court in Scranton admitting that they took payoffs from PA Childcare and a sister company, Western PA Childcare, between 2003 and 2006.
"Your statement that I have disgraced my judgeship is true," Ciavarella wrote in a letter to the court. "My actions have destroyed everything I worked to accomplish and I have only myself to blame."
Conahan, who along with Ciavarella faces up to seven years in prison, did not make any comment on the case.
When someone is sent to a detention centre, the company running the facility receives money from the county government to defray the cost of incarceration. So as more children were sentenced to the detention centre, PA Childcare and Western PA Childcare received more money from the government, prosecutors said.
Teenagers who came before Ciavarella in juvenile court often were sentenced to detention centres for minor offences that would typically have been classified as misdemeanours, according to the Juvenile Law Centre, a Philadelphia nonprofit group.
One 17-year-old boy was sentenced to three months' detention for being in the company of another minor caught shoplifting.
Others were given similar sentences for "simple assault" resulting from a schoolyard scuffle that would normally draw a warning, a spokeswoman for the Juvenile Law Centre said.
The Constitution guarantees the right to legal representation in U.S. courts. But many of the juveniles appeared before Ciavarella without an attorney because they were told by the probation service that their minor offences didn't require one.
Marsha Levick, chief counsel for the Juvenile Law Centre, estimated that of approximately 5,000 juveniles who came before Ciavarella from 2003 and 2006, between 1,000 and 2,000 received excessively harsh detention sentences. She said the centre will sue the judges, PA Childcare and Western PA Childcare for financial compensation for their victims.
"That judges would allow their greed to trump the rights of defendants is just obscene," Levick said.
The judges attempted to hide their income from the scheme by creating false records and routing payments through intermediaries, prosecutors said.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court removed Ciavarella and Conahan from their duties after federal prosecutors filed charges on January 26. The court has also appointed a judge to review all the cases involved.

What the Fuck

Remember Bernice Gallego? The lady who found an 1869 Cincinnati Red Stockings card while thinning her antique collection, put it up for sale on eBay with a starting price of $10 and then pulled it down after realizing it might be worth much more?
Turns out Gallego's hunch was right. After a three-week online auction, the Fresno resident sold what is believed to be one of history's first baseball cards for $64,073.
Not a bad paycheck for some spring cleaning.
The sale ended a whirlwind month for Gallego, who attracted an avalanche of attention on the front page of Yahoo!, the New York Times and other outlets across the country. Her popularity soared even further in late January, when she appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and revealed that this wasn't her first instance of blind luck. She once won $250,000 from a slot machine in Nevada.
Gallego embraced all the attention and kept a wicked sense of humor throughout the process, as evidenced by her first public remarks after the auction ended on Tuesday.
From the Fresno Bee:
"I'm so happy for the card. Oh and for me too, of course," said Gallego on Tuesday night. "I had hoped to bail out California from this financial emergency, but it didn't quite get that far. But maybe it'll bail out my credit cards."
Jeffrey Rosenberg of Tristar Productions was the winner of the auction. He runs an autograph show business and plans to display the card at shows around the country.
The actual final price of the card was $75,285.78, but that amount included a 17.5 percent buyer's premium for the auction house. Memory Lane Auctions says the price is a record for its house and that the last 1869 Red Stockings card sold for around $30,000.
Ever notice it is always old fucks that win the lottery who are going to die in 2 years or the fucking illegal alien mother fucker. This shit would never happen to me oh look an old baseball card oh and look its worth 75,000 dollars I tell you life is not fair.
